●What’s Korean Barbecue
Korean
BBQ, originated from ancient Mongolian grill cuisine. During ancient time,
Mongolian soldiers were carried only the necessities during war. Without any
cookware, their metal helmet is used to utilise as a plate and placed over open
flame or hot coals to cook meat. This is the reason why the metal dome griddle use
for Korean BBQ is similar to helmet shape.
The
main ingredients for Korean BBQ are marinated meat and seafood. Beef is the
main dish for Korean BBQ which is tender and juicy. Other than beef, chicken, seafood
and fish slices are also commonly used ingredients for the Korean BBQ.
The
meat used for Korean BBQ must be a thin cut meat, about ½ inch thick, this is
to let the seasonings fully penetrated into it. The meat could be served after
slightly grilled on the iron plate. The most authentic way of eating Korean BBQ
is to wrap with lettuce or perilla leaves. Soybean paste and garlic slices may
added for flavour.
●What’s Cotton Candy Soda Drinks
Soda
drinks are beverages added with fresh edible CO2 (Carbon dioxide) through a
soda drinks machine. It is very clean and safe for consumption. The machine
injects CO2 into RO water using high pressures to produce a gassy soda water.
The water is then added with juice, syrup, ice cream, coffee, tea and other
toppings or ingredients become a refreshing soda drink.
The
soda drink is a perfect complement to Korean BBQ dishes - so it is natural that
our company would like to introduce the drink to the Malaysian market. We can
make it even more attractive by adding a freshly made cotton candy on top of
the drinks.
Adding
a cotton candy topping on the soda drink not only creates a creative visual but
can also attract lots of customers. The customers can eat the candy on its own
or mix it with the drink.
